Congratulations to our Board Secretary, Jeania Perry, for being selected as a 2026 Double Kwik Local Hero!

Jeania chose Floyd County Homeless Shelter/Maddiwar House of Hope as her charity of choice, receiving a $1,500 contribution from Double Kwik.

Jeania, along with fellow board members JJ Walker and Karen Roberts Prater, proudly accepted the donation on behalf of the shelter at the August 29 celebration.

Thank you, Double Kwik, for recognizing those who make a difference in our communities.

📢 We had another client get their own place to live! They moved out of the shelter into their apartment yesterday after getting some items they needed for their new place! They also already obtained employment and they're supposed to start their new job today!
