The Grace Foundation Family Transformation INC We are a GARR certified, faith-based,life recovery home located in Martin, GA.

We are a faith-based, not for profit organization whose mission is to empower families to live redeemed lives deeply rooted in a relationship with Jesus Christ, demolishing strongholds and breaking the chains of addiction, trauma, depression, abuse, and anxiety. It is through this relationship that the power of God redeems and restores every aspect of our lives, enabling a life-long transformed child of God to walk in freedom!
