We really didn't want to have to make this post!
We are uncertain of what to do if we don't get anymore watering volunteers.
😟😕😳😞😟😟😟😟😟
What's spots are still open:
AM & PM for Saturday and Sundays
PM for Tues, Wed, Fri
That is 7 spots open for our pots to not survive!!!!!

We will also need to talk about this issue and potentially this being the last year??
Costs are crazy and even though we decided it was worth the price to have our street prettied up for the spring and summer. (take in mind the truck cost- repairs, gas and insurance) we still need waterers each year!! 1 pot costs $96
We are SOOOOOOOOO very grateful for our sign sponsors, if it wasn't for them we would not have any pots to showcase on Main at all!

Question, do you all still want the flower pots? Or do you have a reasonable better idea. Keep in mind we do fundraisers to be able to have all the displays on Main. Plus all the beautification projects we do each year. This year will be very slim due to costs of truck repairs, pot costs and more.

*** We are looking at self watering spikes to see if somehow we can make that work, however the amount of spikes would cost a pretty penny so we will see and there is nothing like a human making sure the pot gets water all around the sides as well.

Just some tidbits of info. We would love to say we actually make some profit to be used for projects from the flower pots but in actuality we break even after we purchase the pots, pay for all truck costs and any decor for the new year. This year we had to pay to get the truck fixed so we actually are neg. profit!
