Good morning! It is the time of year again! We will be collecting shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child! We have the boxes ready to go at church. Please pick up one (or more) to pack for a child. This may be the only gift they receive and planting the Gospel is what we can give them that will last forever!

This world can be scary but Praise Jesus we serve a God who is in control. He calls us to Him, and yes to obey His Word, and to cling to Him for He is the sustainer of life and how long we are here. Call on Him today, let Him feel you with Peace and Comfort!

The Bible gives instructions on how to survive and thrive in this life. We just need to put on our armor daily. Everything we need is in the Word!

In Isaiah 41:10 the Bible tells us "Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed ,for I am your God....."
He made you, he loves you, and He wants you to talk to Him. Proverbs 18:24 says that Jesus is a friend that sticks closer than a brother. What a glorious truth!

Our peace comes from knowing that, through faith in Jesus, we are reconciled to God and stand securely in His grace. We don’t have to earn His love. We don’t have to prove ourselves worthy. We simply stand in the grace He has already given us through Christ.

Paul knew doing good can be tiring, especially when we don’t see results right away. Notice the promises shown: in due season. Not our timing, but His! A seed won’t show fruit the day it is planted, but we all know it is growing. Who can you encourage today who may be growing weary?

God doesn’t just say “don’t be afraid.” He gives us the reason: I am with you. Notice the promises shown here: He will strengthen, He will help, He will uphold. Whatever you are facing today, you don’t have to be strong enough on your own. You are His and He will be there for you.

God isn’t distracted or distant. His eyes are moving across the whole earth, looking for hearts that are fully His, so He can show Himsef strong on their behalf. Today, remember that you are seen, and His strength is available to those who trust Him.
