Hi Everyone,

I wanted to reach out and remind you about NAMIWalks 2026, taking place at the Boston Common on May 16th. Check-in begins at 9:00 AM, and the walk will step off at 11:00 AM.

At the walk, you’ll meet and connect with like-minded individuals — people with lived experience, caregivers, mental health allies, and dedicated members of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI). It’s a powerful opportunity to come together in support, understanding, and hope.

Experience what it truly feels like to show up for others — and for yourself. By participating, you’re directly supporting NAMI’s vital services, programs, guidance, and awareness-building efforts that strengthen mental health in our community.

When you share your place in this movement, you help create gratitude — and become a beneficiary of it.
