Dear Zuzu House Friends and Supporters,
This month marks one year since Zuzu’s House first opened its doors to provide shelter, support, and second chances for vulnerable women in our community. Since welcoming our first residents on October 1, 2024, the House has become a place of safety, renewal, and hope for those rebuilding their lives.
In just twelve months, Zuzu’s House has provided 549 bed nights, served 1,358 meals, distributed 2,510 essential items from our Resource Closet, and assisted 27 residents and 38 non-residents through our outreach and support programs. Each number represents a story of transformation—a life touched, a burden lifted, and a woman reminded of her worth and potential.
The mission of Zuzu’s House is simple but profound: to offer a safe, faith-based environment where vulnerable women can find stability, compassion, and the tools to move forward with dignity. Through community partnerships, mentoring, and life-skills programs, the house serves as a stepping-stone toward independence and renewed purpose.
We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to our community for your generous support over this past year. Your donations, volunteer hours, and prayers have sustained this ministry and made it possible to provide food, shelter, and hope to those who need it most.
Together, we are changing lives—one woman, and one act of kindness at a time. For more information, please visit www.zuzushouse.com, find us on Facebook, or call (417) 630-8161.
