Did you know cats have a special “slow blink” language?

When a cat looks at you and slowly closes their eyes, it can be a sign of trust. In cat language, it is almost like saying, “I feel safe with you.”

You can even try slowly blinking back. Just don’t stare too hard first — cats are not fans of awkward eye contact. 😹

Volunteering here is simple:
Pet cats
