The Law Enforcement Torch Run Final Leg is Thursday, May 21st. Guardians of the Flame, officers from 16 agencies, will carry the Flame of Hope 38 miles from Des Moines to Ames, to the opening ceremony of the Special Olympics Iowa State Summer Games. 🔥
The Flame of Hope is a beacon of inspiration and inclusivity for the Special Olympics movement, symbolizing the enduring spirit of athletes with intellectual disabilities and a light of opportunity.

An outstanding group of Athletes are headed to the Central Area Track and Field meet for Special Olympics! A total of 39 Athletes have qualified!

The meet is scheduled for May 22nd and 23rd in Ames! Hope to see you all out there to cheer on our favorites!
