The Circle Program utilizes a restorative justice philosophy to provide support for those harmed by crime and to decide sentences for youth who commit crime, to create positive climates within schools and to build support systems for families to keep them safe and unified in their community.

And that’s a wrap on our 2026 Volunteer Training! ✨

We closed out our final night in Circle, joined by current volunteers for our annual appreciation Circle. Some of these incredible volunteers have been showing up for 10+ years!

Forever in awe of the people who continue to show up. This photo captures just a small part of the incredible community of volunteers who give their personal time to sit with youth and families, walking alongside them through some of life’s hardest moments—helping repair harm while teaching humility, accountability, and self-respect.

They don’t just hope for safer, stronger communities—they’re doing the work to build them.
