The Noon Optimist Club of Marshall met at Noon on Wednesday, March 4th at Trinity Episcopal Church's All Saints Hall. There, they honored March's Young Texanne, Ashley Moreno and Young Texan, Yosgart Ramirez-Quilpas for their exemplary leadership, citizenship and scholastic achievements.
