✨One week from today is our June Women's Connect! Join Sheriff Eric Wallen with the Lyon County MN Sheriff's Office as he gives us "A Lesson in Self-Defense" - demonstrating simple self-defense techniques designed to help individuals prevent an attack, safely disengage, and escape dangerous situations. There will also be a hands-on technique demonstrations for those who wish to practice!
