Alpha Omicron made a big splash with 5 actives in attendance at this year’s Grand Chapter conference! They learned a lot and will take that all back to campus to improve chapter development and operations on campus!
“This wouldn’t have been possible without the generosity and support of donors who make annual gifts to our chapter endowment! A thank you doesn’t even scratch the surface of the level of appreciation I have for our supporters!”
-Josh McNeece, AO ‘14 Alumni Association President
Brother McNeece represented our alumni association in our fraternity (plenary) legislative sessions and Alpha Sig Choir.

Brothers Pete Padilla, AO ‘89 (626) and Michael Mitchell, AO ‘05 (789) ran into each other at the Texas High School Coaches Association conference last week. Michael had this to say about brother Padilla. “When I started coaching, Pete was always there to help me through my first years of ups and downs.”
That’s what brotherhood is all about. It’s not just 4 years. It’s for life! If you’re an undergrad student at MVC looking to take the next step in your leadership journey and get involved on campus. Alpha Sigma Phi just might be the right fit for you!

Happy Founders’ Day to our day ones and year 81’s! ☝️

From our humble beginnings to where we currently stand. We hope we’re making our chapter founders proud of our accomplishments and how far we’ve come in that past eight decades. If there’s one thing that makes us stand out among the rest; it is our resilience to adversity and the challenges that face us. Our ability to adapt and overcome truly makes our brotherhood stronger as the world turns. Thanks for everything!

To our AO undergraduate brothers: prove the doubters wrong and never settle for less! Let the haters hate and press on, even in the toughest times. The best is yet to come and we’ll be here for you all every step of the way! Keep your heads up and stay strong! Let’s get it! 💪

-Sincerely, your AO alumni! 🫡

Why go back to 2016 when we can throw it back to ‘76?

Brother Greg Kleiner ‘73 had gives us the back story on the first photo:
“The picture was taken in the spring of 1976 at the then annual ‘Senior Mud Slide’ at Indian Foothills. Bruce McAnelly ‘76 (Omega) was leading the way followed by myself, Scott Sommers ‘73, Bruce Holt ‘73 (Omega), Kevin Hart ‘73 (Omega) and Craig Sinclair ‘73 (Omega) getting ready to slide. One of the great memories from the best four years of my life - Alpha Omicron and MVC.“
The second photo is the Spring Pledge Class of 1976.
