Part Four: Our progressive dinner was just the other day. Our raffle helped raised funds for our ongoing work at SCHS that helped open the doors to our museum. Our progressive dinner ended at the home of Cordell Smith and David Jonas with a lovely dessert course including checkerboard cake provided by Phyllis Moore for our winner and her five friends. We hope to offer something like this in the future as it was a big hit! Thanks for following us our our journey.

This event is today:

Our June Second Saturday lecture program is to honor the June brides of Saline County History. Join us at 10am on our Second Saturday, June 13, 10am to discuss weddings from the past. This is more of a show-and-tell style event. We encourage audience members to bring photos, wedding gowns, or other beautiful artifacts to show others during this fun event. Rather than one expert lecturer, we want to hear from you! Our lectures are held at the Covenant Presbyterian Church in Marshall, MO.

We will be open today from 4pm to 7pm and again this Saturday from 10am to 4pm. 30 N. Jefferson. Parking out front and ...
