MCP wrapped up our 77th season with our Annual Dinner Meeting this past Saturday. We highlighted the great things that happened and honored some exceptional people who helped make the season successful. Recognition was given including the President’s Award, Founders’ Award and Technical Award. The 78th season was kicked off with songs highlighted from each of the shows selected for next season.
We hope to see our loyal patrons at all of our shows this season! We would like to give a big thank you to ALL of you because without you, Marshall Civic Players would not have been able to provide quality theater for the past 77 years.

We are a week away from our auditions for our first show of our 78th season Rudolph the red nose reindeer auditions are open to any fifth grader through 12th grade who wants to come out and have a merry old time. Please visit the link below to register for either September 7 or September 8 from 7 PM to 9 PM. No experience needed. Just have a open mind and a love for Christmas. 

Choreography: A short dance combination may be taught and performed during auditions. Wear appropriate clothing and shoes that you can comfortably and safely dance in. Please bring a water bottle with you.

We are in search of a Stage manager for our up coming production of Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer. Auditions are September 7/8 and rehearsals start September 14 and are Monday-Friday. With our 78th season fast approaching, we are seeking sponsors for our youth shows. These sponsorships help children whose families may not be able to cover the pay-to-play fees.
MCP charges $50 for our High School show. This fee covers a show shirt for the child and helps offset some of the programming costs. For our Middle School show, the fee is $75. This is a workshop-based production; the fee includes a show shirt and helps cover the cost of the workshops. At MCP, we believe every child should be able to participate in something they love even if their family cannot afford the fees. With your support, we can continue making that possible. Visit us at
