The Rotary Club of Madison County will host Tim Anderson, NCDOT Engineer, as he discusses the future of the I-26 project, the impacts of Helene, and how construction will impact local traffic.

The time to register for Hot Doggett2026 is now! Don't be left out. This little racer is ready. Regular registration price of $65 goes up after midnight on Tuesday June 30. Mars Hill University Dorm rooms are available again this year! We are waiting for the link for riders to register if they want to stay in an on-campus dorm room the night before the 2026 Hot Doggett. The university is making rooms available in Brown Residence Hall. This year it is only available for the night of Friday July 10. Those staying in the dorms will need to bring their own towels and linens.

The cost will be $32 per person. Brown Hall is air conditioned!

The Hot Springs Library in Madison County had a grand reopening today. Our Madison County Rotary Foundation gave $5000 to help buy children's and young adult books for the branch. The Hot Springs Library was a Hurricane Helene casualty and had to be completely gutted and redone. Library Director Kim Bellofatto worked tirelessly to get the library branch back into operation for the community.
