No One Fights Alone No One Fights Alone NOLA's (NOFANOLA) goal is raising funds to help selected local families with the expenses that come with a cancer diagnosis.

Our mission is to help selected individuals focus on the battle instead of the bills! No One Fights Alone is a small, non-profit organization formed in January 2015 to provide financial assistance to local families in the greater NOLA area when a cancer diagnosis is delivered. We are a group of people helping people. Being aware of the expenses associated with the treatment of cancer we have come together to support others and show that NO ONE FIGHTS ALONE! All fundraising efforts are to help families fighting cancer focus on the battle and not the bills.

I’m excited to share a new initiative that I’m supporting in partnership with the founder of Ain’t Dead Yet Life Center — a Thriver/Survivor Parade in Gretna on October 3! 💜🎗️

The original vision was for this to be part of Gretna Fest, but with Gretna Fest suspended this year, the parade will look a little different. We’re hoping this first event will be the beginning of something that grows into a meaningful tradition that celebrates cancer survivors and thrivers in our community for years to come.

This is about celebrating life, resilience, strength, and the people who have fought—and continue to thrive. 💜

If you are a cancer survivor/thriver, know someone who should be celebrated, or would like to nominate yourself or someone else to participate in the Thriver Spotlight & Parade, please reach out to me! I’d love to help get you connected.
