Happy National Arts Education Week! 🎉 MACC Grantee Superior Central School District partnered with Liberty Children's Art Project (LCAP) for an exciting artist-in-residency. Two amazing teaching artists guided 3rd–5th graders on a creative journey called “Traveling the Timeline of Art Creation”—from cave paintings all the way to AI-generated art! 🖌️✨ Students connected art with history, science, math, and technology while creating a giant visual timeline for the whole school to enjoy. This hands-on experience brought new opportunities for rural students to explore their creativity, grow together, and see the world in new ways.

Arts Education Fast Fact: Students who take four years of arts and music classes score an average of over 150 points higher on the SAT than students who take only one-half year or less.https://reports.collegeboard.org/pdf/total-group-2016.pdf
