The Room at the Inn Awareness Concert on Saturday, April 4 at Ore Dock Brewing Co. is just 10 days away!

💬 Join us at 6:30 PM for a Q&A panel with members of the Room at the Inn staff and board. Doors open at 6 PM.
🎵 Live music will kick off at 8 PM with Willowby and The Make-Believe Spurs.

Let’s make it happen!

Looking to get out of the house, meet some great people, and give back to the community? We’ve got just the thing for you! 🙌

The Marquette County Habitat for Humanity ReStore in Harvey (133 Carmen Drive) is looking for one or two fun, motivated individuals to help spruce up our generously donated items before they hit the sales floor.

Just a few days a week and a couple of hours a day — easy, flexible, and FUN! You’ll get to:

✨ Refresh unique treasures
🔨 Put your woodworking skills to good use (or learn a few new tricks!)
💬 Chit chat and make new friends
🏡 Support affordable housing right here in our community
🔎 Maybe even discover a hidden gem or two!

It's a quiet time of year, but that doesn't mean there aren't still ways to volunteer!

Room at the Inn has shifts available for breakfast and dinner meal prep and serving, as well as shifts to help with morning tear-down and evening set-up at the overflow shelter.

Join the fun with Lake Superior Village Youth and Family Center and volunteer for Valentine's Half-Day Youth Adventures!

Friday February 13th 12pm-6pm, 2-hour shifts

Two hours of your time can make a big difference for kids in our community. It’s fun, fulfilling, and all about building connections and confidence!

What You’ll Do: Help launch the day with a warm welcome, lunch service, and set up fun activities. Lead games, creative projects, and keep youth engaged through the afternoon. Serve after-school meals, support structured activities, and end the day with smiles!

Dog Lot - 5pm - 10pm, radio to the gate when teams are getting ready to leave
