A new bridge in one day!! Bear Pen Trail bridge along the main park road was demolished by a tree this fall and this awesome Watoga State Park crew of three replaced it today. Thanks for all your great work on a cold, frosty day.

Jesse's Cove Trail was in great shape today if you don't mind walking a little farther. Riverside CG gate is closed, so you have to walk to the CG to hit the trail. We made a loop up Jesse's Cove out to Ann Bailey tower and down Arrowhead Trail.

To anyone who has ever slipped on the Arboretum Trail Bridge on a wet day, you'll be happy to know volunteers installed a metal tread today for traction and safety. Thank you, Mark and Sollie, and happy hiking! And thanks to the Foundation for purchasing the safety tread.
