Mariposa County Disaster Relief (MCDR) is a non-profit organization established to specifically provide disaster relief to Mariposa County residents. The entire focus of this organization is for donations and volunteers to provide funds that directly help those affected by disaster and emergency in our county, present and in the future.
Our current focus is to raise funds for families that have lost their homes in the French Fire in Mariposa County. The funds raised will go directly to these families.

We work directly with Mariposa Safe Families to disperse monetary funds that have been raised to impacted residents.

We have received our IRS non profit 501(C)3 charitable tax exemption, and any donation will be tax deductible.

$19,000 in cash handed out to oak fire victims.

From December 19th - 23rd we will be donating 20% of all profits from oil changes to the oak fire victims. Hint : best time to come is first thing in the morning, no appointment necessary.

Sandbags are available at the old Mormon Bar fire station across from the fairgrounds and the Don Pedro water treatment facility behind County Fire station 24. Bags and sand on site for self-filling needs, you will need a shovel.

Mariposa County Disaster Relief Services (MCDRS) is a non-profit organization established to specifically provide disaster relief to Mariposa County residents. The entire focus of this organization is for donations and volunteers to provide necessities that directly help those affected by disaster and emergency in our county, present and in the future.
Our current situation with the Agua Fria and Oak Fire is that approximately 127 homes have been destroyed with families who need shelter, food, clothing and daily items. Many lost everything they owned, including vehicles and animals. We would like to raise funds that will go directly to these families.
We have received our IRS non profit 501(C)3 charitable tax exemption status and any donation will be tax deductable – which will be retroactive to August 2022.
