The Cub scouts enjoyed learning about basic horsemanship this past Monday at Jus’ Chillin’ Farm. Ms. Amy taught them about basic care, parts of a saddle, grooming, and were able to take turns riding Zipcord. Thank you, Ms. Amy!

Pinewood Derby Race 2026 🏎️ 💨

We are less than a week away from our building workshop (Feb 23)! If your child is planning on participating in the pinewood derby please order your car kit at scoutshop.org and sign up on the Google sheet so we know who our racers will be. Kids will need to bring their car kits to build night. This is open to scouts and 4H! We hope your child comes to join in the fun!

We had a great Christmas party! These boys have completed more adventures and Mrs. Claus gifted them their pinewood derby car kits! Merry Christmas and happy new year!

The Cub Scouts took the supplies from their donation drive to the animal shelter this evening! They collected dog food, blankets, grooming and cleaning supplies. They were able to spend time with the dogs and give them some much needed love and attention. Thank you to Jae Berg and volunteers for sharing this experience with our cubs!

Last night we welcomed several new scouts! They created and illustrated their own ghost stories and had time to play some games! These boys are full of energy and we are excited to have them! 👻

We had a great hike today at Hematite Lake at LBL! We got to welcome some new cubs to the pack, played nature bingo throughout our hike, and everyone went home with hot chocolate kits for the family! It was a beautiful morning to get out in nature! ☀️ 🌳 🥾
