Well, we didn't either until we googled it, but hey why not do something special?

A 5k counts as exercise and did you know that exercise doesn't have to be boring or a solo activity?

To be fair, some of you might already know that, but for those of you that don't we have the perfect event to help show you how fun exercise can be!
