We love going to Don Sol Mexican Grill - Carbondale. Over the years their food is always tasty and consistent. They are always coming out with new variations of their dishes. We ordered the Fajitas Don Sol, Chili Colorado and enchiladas. It was a long day at work, so we ordered mango daiquiri and watermelon margarita. We love that no matter when and where, it's always consistent, delicious and fast!

Had a great lunch at Booby's in Carbondale during the Carbondale Classic. We had the Reuben Sandwich, Chili Cheese Dog, and the Chicago Dog. Always great food and service at this Carbondale staple.

Had the southwest philly cheese steak at Tres Hombres Sports Bar & Restaurant . Full of thick cuts of steak, onions and peppers super flavorful with creamy melted cheese. It came with some super crisp fries and their famous chips and salsa. If you haven't been there lately, they have a brand new menu, full of new things to try!

Y'all were really curious about those gummy bear brats from Market. So we cooked them and tried them out!

Verdict: they were fine, 8/10. If you like sweet and savory snappy brats you'll like em. Kind of like cranberry and turkey pairing. We ate them with mustard and fried crispy onions.
As someone let us know: they will spray when bitten down into, so be warned! 😂😂
