Thanks to our trail partner the Friends of the Fonta Flora State Trail for hosting a very good event at Lake James State Park last Saturday.

What a beautiful day at Lake James! We loved sharing our passion for trails with everyone who joined us Saturday for F3ST Tails & Trails. Families, friends, pups, and plenty of smiles made it a wonderful morning of exploring, learning, and enjoying the outdoors together.

A special thank you to Park Ranger James Yates for helping us organize such a great event and for welcoming us to Lake James State Park. We’re grateful to everyone who came out to discover the trail with us! Check the weather. Follow the feather.

Great Trails State Day is October 17. Rather than have one hike for the MTA Trails Passport, we are offering lots of activities for everyone. You can make up a couple passport hikes you may have missed by doing several items on the list.

All the details are in the image.

Have fun exploring trails.
