PUBLIC NOTICE: The Board meeting and Joint Public Hearing with the Planning Commission regarding the proposed data center ordinance has been relocated to Marion Senior High School to account for increased meeting attendance. More information regarding this ordinance can be found here: https://www.smythcounty.org/news_detail_T8_R93.php
A complete meeting packet will be posted by the end of the day on June 22nd, 2026 at smythcounty.org in accordance with state code.
