This afternoon it is our turn to lead worship at the Living Centers. We will be at Marion Assisted Living at 2pm and St, Luke Living Center at 2:30pm.

Good Sunday morning MPC!

Today we will gather for worship. Pastor Jeremiah will preach on being set apart for the glory of God. This morning will be the last Sunday the choir sings in worship until the Fall as the choir takes a break and summer music begins next week.

This afternoon is Jenn Travis' students' piano recital in the sanctuary at 2pm and then out at the county lake we will have our annual kite fly and hot dog roast at 5pm. Bring a side dish or dessert and a chair.

Today is the first Sunday in May and we will be taking communion together in worship. If you are joining us online, please have bread and juice ready for after the sermon.

Today we will also be recognizing our high school seniors, so come and celebrate them as they prepare to graduate next Saturday.

Hopefully it was a successful weekend of "yard saling" for all who participated and hopefully the damage from the hail storm was nothing that cannot be repaired.

Good Sunday morning MPC!

Let us gather to worship our loving and faithful God! Today Pastor Jeremiah will continue the sermon series "Being the Church in an iWorld" The sermon title is "Gathered"

A couple items to note: the PEO Rummage sale will be held at the church this Friday and Saturday. 50% of the proceeds will go to our partnership with the Camajuani Presbyterian Church. If you would like to donate items to the sale they can be stored in the Jackson House garage. Please price your items. Summer music is coming, start thinking of dates that work for you to sing or play an instrument in worship. Or start thinking of people we can ask to share their gifts with us this summer. Let Amy Kjellin know.

Over the next few days we will observe the final days of Jesus' life and His resurrection. Here are the opportunities for you to participate in worship:

4/2: Maundy Thursday- Worship service at 7pm. Communion will be served.
4/3: Good Friday - Community Good Friday service at 1pm at MPC. There is a community choir rehearsal at noon in the sanctuary.
4/4: Holy Saturday - Take time on this day to remember what it was like for those first followers of Jesus to know that Jesus was dead and the resurrection had not yet occurred.

4/5 Easter Sunday - Community Sunrise service at 6:45 AM at the West Shelter House. Coffee and Donuts will be provided. Worship at MPC at 9:30am. The service concludes with the singing of The Hallelujah Chorus. The annual Easter Egg hunt will follow.
