Kinwell Academy provides an alternative educational setting by accepting students as they are and guiding them toward success in the classroom and success in the world after high school.

Josh started a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class in January at Kinwell. Safe to say this class shifted our culture. We saw a significant change in the students who stuck with it. Josh has become a mentor and friend to these kids. Exactly what they need. Thank you and Josh Woodard!

Our Jiu-Jitsu boys got their first tips today! This group has grown a ton and it’s getting more fun everyday!

Josh Woodard has been coming in twice a week to work with our guys in self defense and Jiu-Jitsu. This is our second week and every day, more guys are joining. It’s been great knowledge and the brotherhood that’s forming could be life changing.
