The season may not have ended the way these teams hoped, but these players showed up, worked hard, and never stopped competing. Wins and losses are part of the game, but the lessons, memories, and growth from this season will last much longer.

Due to the amount of emails we received, Fall Ball registration is now OPEN. We expect we will encounter a few bumps in the road, as this is our first year bringing back a structured Fall Season. Point of Contact @ MBB: Paul James ([email protected]) ; In the Field Lead: Grant Guyer.



If we are unable to field a league, either with players or coaches, that league will not be able to participate in the 2026 Fall Season. For pace of play; Pony will be coach pitch, Minor will be hybrid, Major will be player pitch. First practice will be the first week of August, first games will be Aug 8th/9th. Last game will be October 4th, depending on weather. Paul will assign players to teams on July 31st. Coaches, if you have a preference of days to host practices, please let Paul know via email so he can make those adjustments when he add teams to Team Sideline.



If you are interested in coaching in the 2026 Fall Season but not quite sure how to coach fundamentals or host a practice with 10-13 players, please reach out and Grant or Paul would be happy to give you a hand. With that said, MBB is fully commited to giving MBB Players the best experience (starts with coaches), we have partnered with D-Bat Marion and they will be hosting a "Coaches Clinic" in early March 2027 for MBB Coaches/Parents that are interested in coaching for the 2027 Spring Season. They will breakdown how to teach fundamentals, host an hour long practice and drills with live demonstations and hands on training.

MBB has recieved multiple requests to organize a fall ball season. If your player is interested, please respond to this or email us at [email protected], include player age, so we can get an estimation on player count. This count would be the direct driver for how we would organize this season (different leagues, coach pitch/player pitch, etc.) Ideally, we would have enough players to fill a minimum of two teams on each league, with volunteer coaches hosting 1 practice and 1 weekend game per week.

We will be creating a Team Sideline 2026 Fall Ball League during playoff weekend for parents to register their players. To make this a possibility, we will also need volunteer coaches. Players will be randomly placed on a roster.

Season start would be the last week of July. End of season: TBD



Cost: $0, jerseys and hats will not be provided by the league for the 2026 Fall Ball trial season.

MBB is delaying the start of today's (7/15) games to 6:30 due to the elevated heat index. If you play today, your players should be to the fields by 6 for warmup and ready to start the game at 6:30pm.

Please make sure your players bring plenty of water tonight as well.

MBB will be moving Monday and Tuesday games to 6:30pm start time in an attempt to play.

MBB Board will monitor both days and will notify if a cancellation is issued. If either day is cancelled, no make up game will be available.

Due to the rain, all games scheduled for tonight 6/19 are DELAYED so we have time to prep fields and make sure they are playable. As of right now, all 5:30pm games will now be played at 6:00pm. Please have your players to the fields by 5:30 for warmups if they have a game scheduled for tonight.
