It’s now been 2 years without answers.

It's very unfortunate tips are not flooding in about this. If you know something, say something. Mr. Diskey was a son, a brother, a grandson, a friend. I cannot imagine the grief his loved ones have endured this entire time. They deserve to know who is responsible for this. Mr. Diskey deserves justice.

**UNSOLVED CASE - TIPS NEEDED**

On December 23rd, 2023 at approximately 12:40 AM, officers with the Marion Police (Indiana) responded to the 700 block of W. 5th St. in reference to a shooting. Upon their arrival, they located Zachary Diskey (age 31) suffering from a single gunshot wound. Mr. Diskey was transported to Marion Health and then to Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana for further treatment.

Unfortunately, after all life-saving measures had been exhausted, Zach succumbed to his injuries on January 17, 2024.

Anyone with information regarding this incident, please contact Detective Jacob Hurlburt or Captain Josh Zigler with the Marion Police (Indiana) Department at 765-668-4415.

You can report information anonymously by calling (765) 662-TIPS (8477) or online by going to www.p3tips.com/339

Information leading to the arrest of the suspect(s) are eligible for a reward payout.
