We're bringing affordable housing to Rutherford County! 178 Upper Gateway Circle is part of an affordable housing community of beautiful, modular homes. This house boasts three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a front porch, back deck, and a wonderful open floor plan!

As this home is part of Gateway's affordable housing program, financial assistance is available for qualifying homebuyers.

Last week, Gateway Wellness Foundation had the privilege of coordinating a community tour for Zach Levin, President of WNC Bridge Foundation. The visit provided an opportunity to connect Zach with nonprofit leaders serving Rutherford and Polk Counties while strengthening partnerships with the Polk County Community Foundation and RHI Legacy Foundation.

The day sparked meaningful discussions about funding priorities, future opportunities, and ways to better align organizations working in housing and community development.

Thank you to all of our partners who participated and continue to invest in building stronger, healthier communities across Western North Carolina.
