Marion Military Banner Banner sales are open in January & February each year. We are updating the application form for 2026, so disregard any version of the form you find if it doesn't state "2026" at the top of the application.
A picture of the individual and a copy of their DD214 (or equivalent service/discharge paperwork, if their service was prior to use of the DD214) will remain a requirement to accompany the application.

The banner project stated in 2022, and the banners are flown from Memorial Day through Veterans Day each year.
