Cope for Hope is a group for teens who have been impacted by addiction. This group will help teens learn the seven coping tools to help them deal with their parent and/or grandparent's alcoholism or drug use.
Teens who are living in a family where a parent and/or grandparent struggles with addiction to alcohol or drugs have many feelings and strong reactions to this family challenge.
Even if the parent and/or grandparent is in recovery, the teen needs to understand the impact of their sobriety on the family.

Partnering for Healthier Teams and Stronger Outcomes.

At Marion Direct, we believe that supporting those who serve others is just as important as caring for the clients themselves. We exist to be a positive resource for recovery providers, their leaders, and their staff—helping agencies strengthen both client outcomes and workplace culture.

We understand the challenges recovery and mental health organizations face: high turnover, burnout, and the need for consistent best practices. That’s why we offer services that go beyond individual support, helping leaders raise the bar for entire organizations.

What we offer:
• Leadership Support & Consultation – Helping leaders build environments that inspire and retain staff.
• Employee Health Assessments – Conducting surveys and research to give leaders a clear pulse on what their teams are experiencing every day.
• Organizational Recovery Health Check – A structured assessment designed specifically for recovery and mental health agencies, identifying strengths, gaps, and opportunities.
• Practical Strategies & Plans – Data-driven recommendations to improve client care, strengthen staff satisfaction, and reduce turnover.

Our goal is to help agencies not only exceed expectations for client care, but also become places where people want to work—leading to improved success rates, healthier teams, and stronger communities.

We would love the opportunity to connect with you to discuss how Marion Direct can support your organization.

Sincerely,
Marion Direct

Statement from Marion Direct

“Recovery should mean hope, not harm.”

Some Outpatient and Inpatient Treatment Centers, as well as recovery and transitional housing providers, do not always follow Ohio Recovery Housing standards or state-mandated mental health and addiction regulations. While no program is perfect, failure to meet these standards harms individuals seeking a fair chance at recovery—whether court-ordered or voluntary.

If you or a loved one believe this is happening and are at risk, please contact us. We will stand with you and advocate on your behalf.

We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice. We do not give medical advice. However, we have extensive experience navigating Ohio’s regulations and best-practice standards in this field. We know how difficult it can be for individuals and families to ensure those standards are upheld. We wish to fill those gaps where others are lost. All communication is private.

From the Board of Marion Direct, God bless you on your journey.
