City of Marina Tree Ordinance Update

NEW! Tree Ordinance Update Questionnaire

City of Marina is updating its tree ordinance. If you are interested in making comments, here is the link to the website that has a questionnaire.

We could sure use more healthy trees in our city!

On February 26, 2024 The Tree Committee adopted a work plan that included making recommended modifications to the City's Tree Removal, Preservation, and Protection Ordinance, which is Chapter 17.62 of the Marina Municipal Code. This page contains information on that update effort.
