Esther brings more than 20 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, business operations, marketing, event management, and member engagement. Her passion for building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service makes her an outstanding addition to the CAA team.

"We are excited to welcome Esther to the California Alarm Association," said CAA President Matt Hoffman. "Her extensive nonprofit management experience, passion for member service, and proven leadership make her an outstanding fit for our Association."
