PacMan is in dire need of help please help 💔🚨

Three years ago, we pulled PacMan straight off the South LA shelter euthanasia list to give him a second chance at life. The weekend before last, that life was nearly cut short when he needed emergency surgery for a severe intestinal blockage.

Because of our existing clinic balance, the hospital required full payment upfront. With zero funds in the rescue account, we had no choice but to short term borrow his $6,700 emergency hospital bill.

We only had a few days to replace that money, and we still have not. We are going to be in serious financial trouble if we dont.

To make matters even harder, PacMan unexpectedly lost his long-term foster home during this trauma and now needs a new foster placement.

Our rescue is already in a massive financial hole. Intake has been paused, and we lost our adoption-fee revenue after we had to transfer our adoptable dogs out earlier this year.

If you can spare anything at all, please help us get through this emergency and cover PacMan’s care. Every dollar truly matters right now.

Please donate toward his medical cost.

We rescued Asher few years back from the euthanasia list of the shelter as he was shot in the foot and needed emergency surgery. He was very skidding but how can anyone blame a senior dog that was abused. As a result we were not able to adopt him out. His amazing foster has been caring for him, but the rescue has to cover his medical costs. He is 13 years old now and needs a complex dental cleaning, blood work, xrays and medications.

Our rescue's new intake has been closed for some time now, but we have dozens of senior/ hospice dogs at foster homes that require constant vet care. When intake is closed we dont bring in any funds from adoption fees which usually cover these costs.

Please donate if you can. Asher has terrible teeth and if his twice a year cleaning does not happen he gets sever infections. He already requires complicated surgery.

🚨 Star needs donations 🚨

Star is about 7 years old female Shih Tzu. When we rescued her Star had multiple pelvic fractures that did require surgery per our orthopedic surgeon. The fractures were old which made the surgery more complicated. Star had to be on crate rest post surgery. Now she needs to be scheduled to go get blood work, dental cleaning and spayed.

I can swear she had a social media networking post but it went missing 😫

Blues, Bubbles and Ziggy are the others from the same litter of Australian Cattle dogs still needing a home ❤️❤️

As you can see they dont look like acd. Mom's picture has been added. That said per fosters their faces have been narrowing... we see this often with this breed that the face does not narrow until 3-4 months of ages.

These are the best puppies ever. Super smart loyal and sweet. None have any behavioral issues.

They all get along with dogs cats and kids.

Mack, meow, Tiger and Aussie are 4 of the puppies of the Australian cattle dog mom we rescued.

Yes we too noticed that none of them look like acd 😂

Meow and Tiger look like chis, Aussie and Mack look like spaniels.

Remember mom and dad (who we thought was dad) were 35 ish lbs.

We rescued 2 pregnant dogs from euth list of Seaaca shelter on New Year Eve and now them and the babies are all ready for adoption.

Ice and Muffins are both 8-10 lbs and about 2 years old.
Ice has a white/ gray fur and Muffins is gray.

They are super sweet pups. Per fosters they dont bark nor make lots of mess. Low maintenance pups.

Puppies are around 3 lbs at 2-2.5 months old.

Milo and Dottie are both still in need of forever homes ❤️

Milo and Dottie are not bonded but they seem to be siblings. They are both about 9 months old and 35 ish lbs. our best guess is Australian cattle dog mix but they have soft fur.
Milo is the boy with black patch over 1 eye 🐶

They are both super sweet. Dottie is very playful and per her foster no playpen can stop her from jumping over 😅

Milo is crate trained and chiller than Dottie.

They are both awaiting adoption.

We need donation for the family of 11 that we rescued from Devore shelter's euth list before New Year.
Amanda anf her puppies and the dad are all ready for adoption. Frosty, the dad has been fixed and awaiting adoption but Amanda and the babies need to get fixed. They got the first round of vaccines today this week, but today the foster told me one of the puppies had blood in his stool. It was determined by the vet that they have giardia which is normal for young puppies.
They started the treatment and they got dewormers. Please donate if you can. We need to fix 10 dogs from this family and continue with their vaccines, etc.
you guys have no idea how expensive it is to feec 11 dogs especially when 9 are growing age puppies.
We did raise pledges but a big chunk of it was never honored. Over $1500 in unpaid pledges.

To our community:

Many of our dedicated volunteers are Iranian American. Due to the recent heart-breaking events and massacre in Iran, our team is taking time to support one another and focus on their families.

As a result, our social media presence will remain quiet for a while as we navigate this difficult time. We appreciate your understanding, patience, and continued support for our rescue mission while our hearts are with the people of Iran.

Our focus remains on taking care of the needs of the dogs in our rescue. Our adoption remains open while we wont be holding any adoptions events and we wont be active on social media for a little longer.

In the spirit of transparency, we want to let you know that our President is being directly affected by the ongoing events in Iran. During this difficult time, she will be stepping back from public-facing duties.
While she will not be conducting meet-and-greets personally, and our new intake of dogs will close, our dedicated team is stepping in to ensure all adoptions are still reviewed and approved promptly. We remain committed to our mission and thank you for your compassion toward our leadership during this difficult time.
