Dickerson Middle School Foundation DMS Foundation donations are tax deductible, and 100% of the funds raised go directly into key strate to attend intramurals, clubs and study/help sessions.

In today’s economy it is evident that individual schools have to step up in order to have the extra funding necessary to provide our students with the world class education they will need as a foundation for future success. For example, early morning drop off was in danger of being cut for lack of a Study Hall Monitor. Rather than losing this benefit, the Foundation chose to fund the Morning Study Hall Monitor. Currently, students are allowed to be dropped off as early as 8:00 A.M. Your support of the Dickerson Middle School Foundation provides vital help in key strategic initiates, such as funding STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) equipment and additional laptop carts for more access to more students,
The Foundation allows Dickerson families and the community to invest directly into their students’ education. The donations are tax deductible, and 100% of the funds raised go directly into key strategic investments for immediate impact.

Save the date! The DMS Foundation Fall Festival is Friday, October 23, during Connections. All students can enjoy inflatables, a live DJ, games, concessions and new this year, Tattoo the Teacher!

Students can vote before school on Wednesday, October 14, and Friday, October 16. Each $1 equals one vote, and $5 earns six votes. Look for the DMS Foundation tables at the school entrances. The top vote-getters will wear temporary tattoos on Fall Festival Day!

🎉Thank you, Dickerson Families! 🎉

The DMS Annual Foundation Patron Drive was a tremendous success! Together, our community raised $82,000 with 37% of students participating.

Congratulations to our 6th grade families with over 40% participation and earned students a free drink at their next Fresh Air Friday. We also congratulate Mr. Cobb's 7th grade homeroom which won the homeroom competition with and incredible 71% participation and will celebrate with a snack party!

Your generosity supports tools, technology, student events, campus improvements, and teacher resources throughout the year.

JRJ is a collaboration between our student and parent volunteers and the DMS Foundation.

🎉 Exciting announcement, Dickerson! 🎉

Because 20% of our school participated in the Patron Drive, we unlocked a brand new station at the Fall Festival: The Challenge Zone!

Students can test their skills with QB Accuracy, Math Dash, Speed Draw Puzzle Cube and Minute-to-Win-It challenges.

Thank you to every family who has donated and helped make this new addition possible. We can't wait for our students to experience it!
