Program: PYREX – Development and History. Club member, Cynthia Hillman, will be sharing her knowledge of Pyrex as a kitchen commodity. If you have pieces of these very sought after kitchen items by Corning Glass Co., bring one or two items to share and add to her story. Let us see how many different patterns, we can have represented at this meeting.

Our Club had a booth at the 2026 Cobb County Senior Expo. Dee Komro, Sarah Jones & Dianne Farris talked to many people about our club and gave out Show cards. We had 35 folks sign up for a chance to win a free membership. There were 8 winners. Hope to see them at the next Club meeting!!

Our Auction on April 14 was a huge success. Our total to be added to the GSWU scholarship fund was $516. Thank you to our Auctioneer, Olivia LaSelva, and her two helpers, Victoria Wynn and Simone Kim. And a big thank you to our bidders!!

AUCTION!! AUCTION! Our April 14th meeting will be our Club Auction. The business meeting will start at 6:30 p.m. in order that the auction may start promptly at 7:00 p.m. Our meeting room will be open at 5:30 p.m. to allow time for set-up. No Brags or What-is-its at this meeting.
This is a fund-raiser for the Club. Members donate glass/pottery items which are in good condition – no chips, cracks, etc. Please bring a note pad to keep up with your purchases – do not write on the bid cards!! If you have an item which you feel deserves a certain price, please talk to the auctioneer prior to the auction to set a reserve. Written information about a special piece would be helpful also. So, start digging into your boxes of glass and pick out some good stuff for the Auction!!
