Cobb County Gem & Mineral Society

Cobb County Gem & Mineral Society Social Club with a focus on Education in Lapidary Arts, Gems, Minerals, and Earth Science. There is something for people from the age of 6 to 106. That’s not so.

We are a group of amateur geologists, rockhounds, jewelers, and rock and mineral enthusiasts. Come and join us for our monthly meetings and classes. We, at the Cobb County Gem & Mineral Society, are very proud of our long history. Our name has a valued reputation in the Gem and Mineral world. However, we sometimes hear of people who would like to join us, but believe that they must live in Cobb Co

unty to qualify. Well, good news! We welcome people from anywhere in Georgia as well as Alabama, Tennessee and other neighboring states. And a few from farther away…even in Portugal!! So, if you are interested we would love to welcome you to our club.
