🎣 Can you believe it’s already been a little while since this SUPER fun outing?! 🎣

We’re still smiling thinking about our incredible day with the residents of Arbor Terrace of Burnt Hickory at Cauble Park on Allatoona Lake! 🌊☀️

Our Cub Scouts, siblings, adults, and our wonderful friends from Arbor Terrace came together for a day of fishing, learning, laughter, and making memories. ❤️

Before we hit the water, everyone gathered to learn all about fish, how to properly tie a hook, and some important fishing tips and good practices. And of course, we had to have a little fun with Backyard Bass! 🐟🎯 Every Cub earned their Fishing Adventure!

Then it was time to grab those fishing poles and see what we could catch! 🎣

There were plenty of smiles, lots of encouragement, and some wonderful conversations along the way. The Scouts had an absolute blast, and the residents were just as excited to be part of the adventure!

Days like this are what Scouting is all about—building friendships, serving our community, learning something new, and creating memories that last long after the fishing poles are put away. 💙

A HUGE thank you to the amazing residents of Arbor Terrace for spending the day with us. We hope you had as much fun as we did!

🎣🐟 What a memorable day at the lake! 🐟🎣

⭐️⚜️ A Morning Announcement STAR from Pack 675! ⚜️⭐️

This past Friday, one of our amazing Cub Scouts had the opportunity to be featured on his school’s morning announcements—and he was absolutely ready to tell everyone about his favorite program: Cub Scouts! 🎉

How cool is that?! He got to stand in front of a green screen and appear on the school’s CCTV broadcast, sharing his excitement for Scouting with the entire school! 📺⭐️

This Cub Scout absolutely LOVES Cub Scouts, so he was beyond excited to share his Scouting experience with all of his classmates. And let us tell you… we were BEAMING with pride! 🥰💙

Way to go, Cub! You did an incredible job representing Pack 675 and helping recruit new friends to one of your favorite groups!

We are so proud of you! A job well done! 👏⚜️

⚜️ Pack 675 Hits the Halls of Dowell Elementary! ⚜️

This past Tuesday, Pack 675 took our recruitment efforts to the halls of Dowell Elementary School! 🌟

Before the school day even got started, our former Cubmaster, Committee Chair, and one of our former Cub Scouts—now a Scout in a troop—arrived bright and early, armed with flyers, stickers, and plenty of enthusiasm! ☀️📣

We greeted students with a big “Good morning!”, handed out information about the adventure of Scouting, and shared stickers with students who were interested in learning more.

A huge THANK YOU to Dowell Elementary for welcoming us and allowing Pack 675 the opportunity to introduce students to the many adventures, friendships, leadership opportunities, and experiences that Scouting America has to offer! ⚜️🇺🇸

We can’t wait to welcome some new faces to Pack 675! 💙

⚜️ Scouting is even more fun with friends! Invite a friend to join Pack 675, and when they join, you can earn your Recruiter Patch! Bring a buddy, share the adventure, and let’s grow our Pack together! 🎉

⚜️ Pack 675 Kicked Off the New Scouting Year in Style on August 17th! ⚜️

What a fun-filled Pack Meeting! We welcomed both our returning Cub Scouts and some new faces with a sea of brightly colored sails ready to be decorated for our upcoming Raingutter Regatta! ⛵️🎨

We were also excited to have one of our former Cubs, now a Scout in a troop, stop by to teach our Cub Scouts some important fishing skills. He demonstrated how to hook a worm and tie the knot for the hook in preparation for our upcoming fishing outing. And, of course, we couldn’t let the lesson end without eating the worm! 🪱😂 (Don’t worry—it was a gummy worm!)

Then it was time to settle in for our official opening with the Pledge of Allegiance, Scout Oath, Scout Law, and Outdoor Code. 🇺🇸⚜️

Cubmaster Scott had a very special announcement—Pack 675 has a new Cubmaster! 🎉 Congratulations to Mr. Adrian! We’re excited for all that’s ahead!

Next came our Popcorn Kickoff! 🍿 We learned that the Popcorn Fundraiser is about so much more than raising money. It helps provide opportunities and experiences for our Scouts and helps fund their Scouting adventures. Most importantly, our Cubs get to learn that they can do this themselves! 💪

Then came the skit—and the Wolf Cubs had quite the experience tasting some soup that was being boiled. Let’s just say… it was NOT delicious! 🤢😂 And just when they thought things couldn’t get any worse, an older Scout came along and pulled out his socks, proudly declaring that they weren’t clean yet! 🧦🤣

Finally, it was OFF TO THE RACES! ⛵️💨

Everyone was a winner, and there were plenty of smiles, cheers, and lots of fun along the way! What a fantastic way to kick off another year of adventure, learning, leadership, and Scouting!

Pack 675, here we go! ⚜️💙
