Noonday Association of Churches Noonday Association exists to support, equip and help churches accelerate fulfilling the Great Commission.

Through the work of the Association, every member church will have the opportunity to be a healthy congregation that is on mission for Jesus Christ locally, nationally, and internationally. Through the faithful service of healthy churches, individuals within the ministry area and partnership areas of Noonday Baptist Association will be afforded the opportunity to hear and respond to the Gospel of Jesus Christ and to be engaged in ministry.

A divided staff cannot lead a unified church. Tend the team.

"How good and pleasant it is when God's people live together in unity!" — Psalm 133:1

Lord, knit together my staff and elders this week. Where there's unspoken tension, bring it gently into the light. Where jealousy has crept in, dissolve it.

Make our meetings places of honesty and prayer, not just agendas. Let our team be a small picture of the gospel — sinners reconciled, brothers in Christ, fighting for each other instead of with each other. Amen. 🙏

Programs can be copied. Leaders have to be grown — slowly, relationally, through proximity and honest feedback and opportunities that stretch.
