Kiwanis Club of Marietta Ohio We're a 50+ member club in Marietta, Ohio dedicated to serving the children in our community & the world. Thank you for liking our page!

We meet the 2nd & 3rd Tuesdays 12-1pm at Gilman United Methodist church in Marietta. The local Marietta Kiwanis Club was founded in 1922, only seven years after the founding of Kiwanis in 1915. We are very active in our community. We volunteer time and funds to the following projects:

It was a wonderful family event sponsored by our club at the New Matamoras pool this evening. Thank you to everyone who attended!

Thank you to Texas Roadhouse for bringing Andy the Armadillo and coupons. Thank you to Qdoba Mexican Eats - Marietta, OH for the donation of queso & chips. Thank you to Nickles Bakery (Parkersburg) for donating the hot dog buns. Thank you to Newport Fire Dept. and New Matamoras EMS for bringing your fire truck & ambulance for the kids to tour. Thank you to Frontier School Resource Officer (Washington County Sheriff's Office) P.J. Brockmeier for attending. And thank you to all the Kiwanians and Girl Scout Samantha who volunteered their time or donated items for the snack bags!

Thank you to the inspiring message from our guest speaker Mary Schaeffer, Superintendent of Marietta City Schools. We also had members of the Marietta Elementary School student leadership and officers & members from Marietta Middle School Builders Club join us for our Kiwanis meeting! These kids are doing great things in our community!
