Good Morning KPA Members,
As you all know the campus was delayed this morning until 11am. We are still planning on having a meeting tonight from 7:00pm-9:00pm pending any further inclement weather decisions made by the University. The meeting will be held in the English building room 170 (Kennesaw Campus). We would love for everyone to make it but please be safe as the weather changes.
Also, if you are graduating anytime this year that includes spring, summer, and fall of 2015 and would like to take part in Rainbow Graduation, please register online. The ceremony will take place Thursday, April 30th at 6:00pm in the University Rooms (Kennesaw Campus). It is a great experience and is worth signing up for!
Just to keep some dates in mind this Wednesday (2/25) and Thursday (2/26) KPA will be having a bake sale in the Social Sciences building (Kennesaw Campus). If you would like to donate time or a baked good please stop by!
Most important of all, our biggest event of spring semester is next week March 5th from 7:00pm-9:00pm in the University Rooms of the student center. The annual KPA Drag show will feature a number of great performances but most importantly will be donating all money tipped to the performers to Lost N Found Youth of Atlanta. That being said remember to bring money to tip the performers with!
Lots of dollar bills makes for happy Drag Kings and Queens!
If you are a performer in the Drag show do not forget that we have a rehearsal this Thursday from 7:00-9:00pm in University Room B, this will be a dress rehearsal so bring your stuff!
