This past Saturday (5/16/26), CircuitRunners teams FRC 1002, FTC 1002, and FTC 11347 all paid a visit to the Marietta History Center. Each team had successful robot demos and reached numerous people from around our community. Children were given the opportunity to drive the robots and learn more about CircuitRunners, furthering our mission of spreading STEM to our local area. Thank you so much to everybody who participated in the event and to the Marietta History Center for hosting us! We hope to continue participating in events that let us turn our community’s potential to kinetic!

CircuitRunners FTC 1002 (SURGE) and FTC 11347 (BLACKOUT) both had an amazing performance at the 2026 FIRST Championships in Houston! FTC 1002 joined Alliance 3 with FTC 17861 CSH and FTC 16917 Gear Wizards, playing strong all the way to match 13 of divisional playoffs. FTC 1002 also won second place for the Innovate award! It was an incredible DECODE season for CircuitRunners, and we can’t wait for next year!

Team FRC 1002 from Wheeler High School , had an incredible run at this year’s FIRST AGE World Championships, truly turning our potential into kinetic results! We joined Johnson Division Alliance 5 with FRC 190, , and , staying strong all the way until match 13 of divisional playoffs. Our CircuitRunners had an amazing time interacting with the FIRST community, from casual lunch breaks to exciting RoboProm! The FIRST REBUILT season has been one of the most phenomenal in CircuitRunners history. We are so proud of everybody who participated and so thankful to all the mentors and volunteers who helped make this happen! Looking forward to next year!

We have made CircuitRunners history!!! All three of our teams have qualified for the World Championships!! We’re beyond excited for this incredible opportunity. Thank you to everyone who supported us and helped make this possible—we couldn’t have done it without you!

Last night was a huge moment for our organization!!

Both of our FTC teams got formally recognized at the Cobb County Board of Commissioners meeting for their advancement to worlds this season!! Before the meeting took place, we hosted a live robot demonstration where members of the public and several commissioners got behind the controls and drove our robots.

This wasn't just about winning an award. It was a true testament to what STEM education, student leadership, and community can create.
