Our team of coordinators and Head Coach Kevin recently had a wonderful end-of-season meeting, where we reflected on another incredible summer. We loved talking about all of the successes, friendships, and sense of community that make our swim team so special. None of it would be possible without our AMAZING neighbors and families!

We truly love volunteering and helping ensure that our neighborhood kids get the most out of their summer swim experience. As we begin looking ahead to next season, we’d love for you to consider joining our volunteer team.

It really does take a village, and we’d love to have a few more helping hands for some of the smaller behind-the-scenes tasks throughout the season. Whether it’s ordering T-shirts, organizing trophies, helping with concessions, or assisting with other simple projects, every contribution makes a big difference.

If you’ve ever thought about getting more involved, we’d love to have you on our team. Together, we can continue making summer swim an unforgettable experience for our kids and our community!

We want to make sure every Shark receives their end-of-season awards!

If you weren’t able to attend the party last night, many trophies, medals, ribbons, and cookies were placed in mailboxes this morning. If your swimmer did not receive their trophy (or rookie medal), please stop by Whitney’s house (see email for address) today or tomorrow to pick it up.

There is a box on her front porch with an award for each swimmer, along with some delicious cookies from Christina’s Baking Studio.

Can’t make it? Just email [email protected] your address, and we’ll do our best to drop everything off.

⭐ Charlotte Burk ⭐
Charlotte worked hard all summer, overcame her fears, and swam in her very first meet! She even stepped up to swim on a relay team. We are so proud of her courage, determination, and growth this season!

⭐ The Klopf Boys ⭐
The Klopf boys earned this honor for their outstanding attendance and dominance in the pool all season long. Their dedication, hard work, and strong performances have made a huge impact on the team. Great job, boys!

The James family exemplifies what it means to be a team player. They signed up to volunteer at 4 of our 5 meets and were consistently willing to help wherever needed. Their commitment and support helped make our season run smoothly. Thank you for all you do for the Sharks!

⭐ McKenna Glass – McKenna has shown tremendous improvement in practice and carried that hard work into the meet. She swam both her backstroke and freestyle events with confidence and determination. Keep up the great work, McKenna!

⭐ Ricardo, Leo, & Carolina Saint Martin Diaz Ordaz – This family trio has demonstrated outstanding attendance, consistent effort at practice, and a willingness to take on the Individual Medley (IM). Their dedication and positive attitude have been a great example for the team!

📣 SHARK FAMILIES — WE NEED YOUR HELP TONIGHT! 🦈

Our swim meets simply cannot happen without volunteers, and we still have a few critical spots to fill for tonight’s meet.

⏱️ We need TWO timers for the second half of the meet.

The good news? This is one of the easiest volunteer jobs on deck! No experience is necessary—we’ll show you exactly what to do when you arrive.

Even better, the second-half shift moves much faster than the first half, so you’ll still have plenty of time to enjoy the meet.

If you’ve been waiting for an easy way to jump in and help the team, this is it!
