Many of our leaders—both young and old—are not necessarily confused, but they are deeply tired.

When you look at the immense investment, time, and sacrifice you have poured into your calling or vision, and it feels as though nothing is shifting, it can be entirely exhausting. If you find yourself in this space right now, hear this: when you don’t know what else to do, the most powerful thing you can consistently do is look up and say, *"Father, I thank You."* Does this resonate with you today?
