MUST Ministries has officially joined the scarecrows on the Marietta Square! 🍂

Our Development and Marketing teams had so much fun creating and decorating this year’s display, with a little Gobble Jog spirit mixed in, of course. 🦃

If you’re visiting downtown Marietta this October, stop by Scarecrows on the Square, find the MUST Ministries display and snap a photo!

And while our scarecrows are already dressed for Thanksgiving morning, there’s still time for you to join us for the 24th Annual Marietta Daily Journal Gobble Jog benefiting MUST Ministries.

Come see us on the Square now, then come back and Gobble Jog with us on November 26!

There’s a lot happening This Week at MUST Ministries, and there are plenty of ways you can help our neighbors in need.

We’re currently in desperate need of new men’s underwear, especially briefs and boxers. This basic necessity makes a meaningful difference for the men we serve, and donations are greatly appreciated.

We’re also incredibly grateful to our MUST team who quickly jumped into action to open Hope House ahead of the severe weather, ensuring our neighbors had a safe shelter from the storm. We’re thankful the storms weren’t as severe as predicted and even more thankful for a team that is always ready to serve.

Looking for work? Join the MUST Ministries Workforce Development Job Fair in Canton on Thursday, October 22 from noon–2 p.m.

And Gobble Jog season is officially here! Thanksgiving morning volunteer opportunities are now open, and our 6-foot inflatable turkeys are available for adoption.

Whether you donate, volunteer, attend the job fair or join us for Gobble Jog, thank you for helping MUST Ministries serve our neighbors in need across Cobb and Cherokee counties.

🩲 Our underwear situation is getting a little... brief.

The shelves are empty, and we urgently need NEW underwear for the men, women and children we serve at MUST Ministries.

It may not be the most exciting thing on your Amazon order, but a new pair of underwear is one of those basic necessities that can make a big difference for a neighbor in need. Clean, new essentials provide comfort, confidence and dignity, and right now, we need your help keeping them stocked.

📦 Shop our Urgent Needs Amazon Wish List and have your donation shipped directly to MUST: https://bit.ly/4uODQDD

Let’s fill these shelves, one pair at a time! ❤️

🎡 More than 25,000 pounds of food for our neighbors in need! 🥫

A huge thank you to the North Georgia State Fair, Superior Plumbing and everyone who donated during this year’s MUST Donation Days! As our largest food drive of the year, this incredible effort helps stock MUST’s pantries and provide food for individuals and families throughout our community.

Every can, box and bag donated adds up to make a tremendous impact for our neighbors in need, and we are so grateful to everyone who gave.

Congratulations to the North Georgia State Fair team on another great year! Thank you for continuing to make MUST Ministries and our neighbors in need part of this special community tradition. 💙

🎁 Amazon Prime Days are here, and Christmas will be here before we know it!
We are less than two months away from opening the MUST Toy Shop, and now is a great time to take advantage of Prime Day deals while helping make Christmas special for our littlest neighbors in need.

Last year, MUST provided approximately 10 new items each to more than 8,000 children and teens ages 0-18. This year, we need our community’s help to fill the Toy Shop again!
Not sure what to buy? Ask your own children what they would love to receive for Christmas, then purchase one for a child in need, too. ❤️ From toys and games to gifts for teens and everyday necessities, every item helps us create a Toy Shop filled with choices for the families we serve.

🛒 Shop during Prime Days and help us fill the MUST Toy Shop! The link to our Amazon Wish List is in the comments.

Take advantage of the deals, check a gift off our wish list and help us get ready for Christmas! 🎄

There’s a lot happening at MUST Ministries this week, and plenty of ways to support our neighbors in need across Cobb County and Metro Atlanta.

A huge thank you to everyone who donated food at the North Georgia State Fair, our biggest food drive of the year! Your generosity matters as MUST distributes approximately 3.5 tons of food every day to help fight food insecurity in our community.

Join us tomorrow for Bingo at Deep Roots W**e Market, benefiting MUST Ministries. And while you’re on the Marietta Square, look for our entry in Scarecrows in the Square, snap a photo and tag us!

We’re also collecting full-size hygiene products, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste and mouthwash.

Want to volunteer with MUST Ministries? We need volunteers Monday through Saturday to help sort clothing at our Donation Center and MUST Marketplace.

Whether you donate, volunteer or help spread the word, you’re helping MUST provide food, clothing and essential services to our neighbors in need.
