Last year, when State Farm's HR&D Technology Director, Todd Ferguson, stepped on our stage, he didn't just present an award. He told the room what it meant to host the 2025 WIT Girls Job Shadow Week (now known as WIT Girls Career Exploration Week):

"Watching these impressive young ladies explore our technology teams, ask thoughtful questions, and imagine their own futures in tech reminded all of us exactly why supporting these young women matters."

Then he called up the 2025 WIT Girl of the Year, Dyuthi Gurijala, and handed her a $5,000 scholarship to help build that future.

That's what an Awards Spotlight Partner makes possible: a company standing in front of this community and saying, out loud, this is who we're investing in, and then watching the room celebrate her right alongside them.

We're proud to welcome State Farm back as a 2026 WIT Awards Spotlight Partner, marking ten years of showing up for women and girls in tech.

A few partnership opportunities are still available for 2026. Reach out to [email protected] to learn how your company can be part of a night like this.

Before winners are announced, there's a room where the real connections happen.

The VIP Reception brings honorees, finalists, and executives together before the ceremony even begins. No stage, no spotlight, just conversation. It's where a finalist ends up talking to someone she's only seen on a panel, and where a passing introduction turns into a relationship that outlasts the night.

Our VIP Reception Partner gets to be part of that room, present where these connections start.

Last year, ZsaVette Eze walked into the WIT Awards as a finalist and walked out as the 2025 WIT Woman to Watch.

For her, the recognition is proof that years of mentorship and investment from the people who've championed her career have paid off. She's clear that this moment isn't just about her. "It also means that I get to carry the torch forward and really light the way for other people behind me," she says.

That same forward-looking energy shows up in how she talks about tech. She pointed out that women aren't just using technology, they're building it. Her advice to the next woman finding her way in is simple: know your stuff, take up space, and never lose your curiosity.

This is why WIT exists, to make sure women like ZsaVette are seen, recognized, and handed a torch worth carrying forward.

Moments like this happen because companies choose to invest in visibility for women like ZsaVette. Interested in partnering with the 2026 WIT Awards? Reach out to [email protected].

"Throughout my career, I've experienced firsthand how important it is to have people in your corner who can offer guidance, encouragement, and help you see opportunities you might not have seen on your own."

For the past 4 years, Emily (Hoffmann) King, Client Services Director at Tier4 Group, has brought that belief to life as a volunteer with our WIT Early Career Program, showing up for women at one of the most pivotal points in their careers.

Her favorite part? Watching it happen in real time: women making new connections, gaining confidence, and realizing they have a whole community rooting for them.

Meet the panelists for our August WIT Forum!

According to McKinsey & Company research, for every 100 men promoted to manager in technical roles, only 52 women are. That gap doesn't open at the VP level: it opens at the very first promotion, and it only compounds from there.

On August 19, three technology leaders are sitting down together for an honest conversation about why that pattern holds and what it actually takes to change it. This isn't a session about what women need to do differently. It's a real look at where the gap starts and what individuals, leaders, and organizations can do right now to close it.

Jasmine Grant, Head of Treasury Solutions Technology at Truist Bank
Ryan Radding, SVP, North America Financial Services at Salesforce
Kanyatta Walker, Co-Founder & CEO at Elon Consulting

Four perspectives and one honest conversation. Register now to join us. πŸ”— https://ow.ly/c1HA50ZmXXI

Our WIT Careers in Action Summit is built for women at every career stage, and it happens because Kimberly-Clark said yes to opening their doors for it.

On October 9, 150+ women in tech will walk into Kimberly-Clark for a day built entirely around them: coaching on resume-building, storytelling, and interview presence (Coaching Corners), fast-paced sessions on visibility, career navigation, and career tools of today (Skill Sparks), and direct conversations with corporate partners about what growth actually looks like inside their organizations.

Whether you're just starting out, navigating a transition, or working toward your next leadership role, this event was built for you. We're grateful to Kimberly-Clark for making the space for it.

Last year, when CDW stepped on stage to present an award, they didn't just hand someone a trophy. Their own team member, Kristin Malek, Global Director of Strategic Partnerships, shared her story, a single mom who told 600 leaders in the room that it's community like this that catches her when she needs it most.

That's the moment an Awards Spotlight Partner makes possible: not just a name on a program, but a story that resonates long after the applause ends.

We're proud to welcome CDW back as a 2026 WIT Awards Spotlight Partner. Because when a company shows up for women in tech, it's never just a partnership, it's a promise that the future of tech is something we build, and catch, together.

There are limited high-visibility partnership opportunities available for 2026. Reach out to [email protected] to learn how your company can be part of a night like this.
