Saturday May 21 Maricopa Wells @ 6:30am
Saturday May 28 Pacana Ward @ 6:30am
Monday May 30 Santa Cruz @ 6:00pm
To volunteer, go to justserve.org and sign up, then show up on the date and time you want! Thanks for your help!!

It's another year in our Community Garden, and with the garden growing strong, we are in need of volunteers each week. You'll need to create an account at Justserve.org and commit to the day you can volunteer. The Sign Up link above will take you right to the Community Garden page at Just Serve. Butterfield Ward is assigned this Saturday 4/23 at 6:30am. See you there :)

Remember this Saturday (April 20th) M2 is scheduled to come and pull weeds! We will be meeting at 7 am. The weeds are small right now, so lets get them while they are still easy!

Hello everyone! Our page is going to be revamped, and used! Facebook is great for communication, and we are going to make sure every one can receive updates through this interface. Their will not be much action until around April, but we will keep you posted on all updates!

Another great week of harvesting! Thanks to the Master Gardeners this morning we were able to donate 700 lbs. to the food bank! Thanks for all you do :)

It is that time of the year again. The administrators of the Garden are actively striving to prepare for the new growing season. We are all very excited to pursue and achieve the goal of again breaking the pound intake record of the year last. March 10th marks the day of the Planting for the 2012 Community Garden! 8:00 A.M. Is the time where we would love to see you out at the Skousen Farm behind the doctors offices, pitching forth your effort to make a better Maricopa. See you there!

Gillian Aldrich started growing vegetables in her backyard three years ago, and she's now working on planting a bed of hydrangeas, butterfly bushes, rose campion, and -- her favorite -- pale-pink hardy geraniums along one side of her property.
