DSHS PTSO Mission Statement

Desert Sunrise High School PTSO is an all-volunteer parent, teacher, and student run, non-profit organization committed to enhancing and enriching the education of our students and fostering a sense of community within our school. We seek to keep parents connected and informed by facilitating a closer relationship between school and home and serving as the communication link between the two. The PTSO provides assistance to teachers within the classroom settings, raises funds for education materials and experience, advocate school and family social interaction, and provides an unbiased forum for sharing information on issues that impact our students. We believe in cultivating a positive learning environment for all students to achieve their highest potential. It is our belief that the team effort of a parent, teacher, and student organization offers the best possible learning environment for our students.
