Yesterday we had a successful quarterly board meeting with our partners from across the region!

We heard statistics and updates from all of our counties from Dr. Julie Harrington from FSU, as well as a little information about Amendment 3 from Edie Ousley.

Great news for Northwest Florida! 🏗️

Governor Ron DeSantis awarded nearly $8.8 million in funding to 12 small and rural communities across Northwest Florida! Awarded through FloridaCommerce's Small Cities Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program and the Community Planning Technical Assistance (CPTA) Grant Program, these state and federal grants are heading straight into projects that will bolster infrastructure and community planning tools.

Stronger infrastructure means healthier neighborhoods, reliable utility services, and a thriving economy for rural Northwest Florida families!

This morning in Bonifay, Governor DeSantis awarded more than $8.8 million dollars to 12 rural Florida counties through the Community Development Block Grant. We are thankful Governor DeSantis prioritizes investing in our rural panhandle counties!
